The Advertising Council, in partnership with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Administration for Children and Families (ACF) and AdoptUsKids, announced today the launch of a new series of public service advertisements (PSAs) designed to raise awareness about teens who are in foster care and waiting for "forever families" to adopt them. The new PSAs are an extension of the previously successful campaign, launched in 2002, which focused on the adoption of children in foster care with the successful tag line "You don't have to be perfect to be a perfect parent."
